Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They open your link in the browser, pick what they want, and WhatsApp opens with the order written out. There is no account and nothing to install.
Does Higgler take payments?
No. You collect cash, bank transfer or whatever you already accept. Higgler captures the order so nothing gets lost in your chats.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
No. Orders arrive in ordinary WhatsApp, on the number you already use. Nothing about how you sell changes.
What if a customer's phone is old or their data is slow?
That is exactly who we built the order page for. It is a fraction of the size of a normal website and works on any phone with a browser.
